Ingredientes

  • 1 lata de grão cozido (lavado e escorrido)

  • atum q.b. (escorrido)

  • azeitonas picadas q.b.
  • Queijo fatiado ou ralado q.b. (o que preferir: parmesão, flamengo, etc…)
  • Pão tipo baguete francesa
  • Azeite, vinagre, mostarda Dijon, sal e pimenta q.b. (Misturar para criar molho)

Preparação

  1. Numa tigela colocar os ingredientes para o molho e bater com um garfo.
  2. Juntar todos os ingredientes numa taça excepto o queijo e o pão. Misturar o molho e envolver.
  3. Colocar a mistura sobre o pão e cobrir com o queijo.
  4. Levar ao forno até gratinar. Servir ainda quente.

Ingredients

  • 1 tin cooked chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
  • 2 tablespoons capers (rinsed)
  • Tuna to taste (drained)
  • ½ cup chopped onion

  • French baguette-style bread
