- 2 dentes de alho
- 5 pimentas
- 1/4 de cebola
- 720 ml (24.3 fl oz) de água
- 8 tortilhas de milho
- Sal e pimenta
- 500 g de queijo (1.1 lb)

- Tomates

- Fatias de lima
Directions
- Numa panela, ferva a água e adicione as pimentas, o alho e a cebola. Deixe por 5 minutos na água a ferver.
- Retire todos os ingredientes fervidos e triture até obter uma mistura homogénea.
- Despeje a mistura triturada numa panela limpa e tempere com sal e pimenta.
- Adicione o frango desfiado ao molho e cozinhe em lume brando até aquecer completamente.
- Aqueça as tortilhas de milho numa frigideira seca ou comal até ficarem flexíveis.
- Recheie cada tortilha com a mistura de frango temperada.
- Cubra com queijo, alface, tomates e salsa, conforme desejado.
- Sirva imediatamente com fatias de lima.
