It’s an incredibly versatile recipe that can be whipped up in minutes, making it perfect as a last-minute appetizer for guests, a healthy dip for a snack platter, or a creamy spread for sandwiches and wraps. Its beauty lies in its simplicity, relying on the clean taste of fresh cheese and the bright, grassy notes of parsley and garlic.
