Preparação
- Com o rolo da massa estenda a massa folhada e corte com a ajuda de um “corta-massa” que goste.
- Forre um tabuleiro com papel vegetal anti-aderente e coloque as rodelas de massa folhada. Pincele com gema batida um pouco diluída em água.
- Por cima coloque uma ou duas rodelas de banana e por cima ainda umas raspas de chocolate.
- Leve ao forno como habitualmente.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 banana
- Chocolate shavings
- Beaten egg yolk
Method
- Using a rolling pin, roll out the puff pastry and cut with your preferred pastry cutter.
- Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper and place the pastry rounds on it. Brush with beaten egg yolk slightly diluted with water.
- Top with one or two banana slices and finish with some chocolate shavings.
- Bake in the oven as usual until golden and puffed.
