- 1 Pacote Tortilha
- 100gr peito de frango
- 100gr Iceberg De Alface
- Maionese 25gr
- 10gr queijo parmesão (moído)
- Peito de frango marinado
- Um pouco de azeite
- Pitada de sal e pimenta
Preparação
- Frango marinado e assar em forno moderado com vapor por 25 minutos e 200C.
- Retire do forno, descanse um pouco depois de cortar o frango e misture com maionese e queijo parmesão. Último de dobrar apertado com tortilha.
- Sirva e aproveite o frio.

Ingredients
- 1 pack of tortillas
- 100g chicken breast
- 100g iceberg lettuce
- 25g mayonnaise
- 10g grated Parmesan cheese
- Marinated chicken breast
- A little olive oil
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Method
- Marinate the chicken breast and roast in a moderate, steam-assisted oven at 200°C for 25 minutes, or until fully cooked and juicy.
- Remove the chicken from the oven, let it rest for a moment, then slice. Combine with mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Finally, roll tightly in the tortilla with the lettuce.
