Preparação

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 garlic bulb, finely chopped
- 250g softened butter
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Method
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat, then gently fry the chopped garlic for 5 minutes – do not let it brown. Let cool.
- In a bowl, whip together the butter, oil, and garlic with an electric mixer on high speed until the mixture becomes pale and creamy.
- Stir in the parsley, oregano, and cumin. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
